Having Technical Issues?
If you’re having a technical issue we want to help! To have a great virtual program experience, you’ll want to make sure you’re connect to a great internet (2.5mps or better; you can check your internet speed here https://www.speedtest.net/).
If you’re watching from a healthcare facility, you’ll want to make sure the facility’s IT department doesn’t block YouTube Live Streams. If they do, you’ll likely have to participate from your mobile device in LTE or 5G mode (you’ll have to shut off the mobile device WIFI).
Did you remember to turn your computers speakers on and is your sound unmuted?
You should close all the programs on your computer with the exception of the internet browser. The program should work with FireFox and Safari. We recommend the use of Chrome. If you don’t have it, it can be found here (https://www.google.com/chrome/)
Other solutions if you’re having a technical issue include exiting the internet browser, restart it and rejoin the page. In some cases you may have to restart your computer or mobile device.
You can always reach out through email at client.support@altuscampus.com for more help!
